DANCE FLORIDA ACADEMY is very fortunate and extremely excited to be able to temporarily have some office space and -- ALL FOUR STUDIOS -- in the former Ballet Florida Building at 500 Fern Street in West Palm Beach, Florida. This helps solve immediate issues such as proper flooring. By being in this space right now, Dance Florida Academy has more time to secure a permanent home for our future!

Located in Downtown West Palm Beach one block north of CityPlace and three blocks south of Clematis Street, Dance Florida Academy is in the middle of incredible shopping and entertainment. 

While waiting for students or after class, parents/guardians may do their marketing at Publix (on the corner, just down the street), check out a book or video at the new West Palm Beach City Library in City Center Complex, go to one of the many restaurants and/or coffee shops (such as Panera's, Starbuck's, Cheesecake Factory, Makeb's and many more), catch a movie at Muvico, sit and people watch in the Plaza at CityPlace or window shop through one of the most glamorous areas in Palm Beach County. All within a few minute safe walking distance. Soon the new park (Centennial Square) at Clematis Street will be open.

Parents/guardians may also wait for students in one of four different and comfortable quiet areas: Right outside the Student Entrance or on the West side of the building (both areas have tables). Other areas include inside the Student Entrance by the stairway -- or -- in the waiting room adjacent to the Academy office.

Please remember that smoking outside the student entrance door is not allowed. However, it is all right under the fire escape stariway and on the West side of the building. Since students are only allowed to use the entrance at the parking lot, smoking is allowed at the Fern Street Entrance (which is locked at 4pm on weekdays). Please use the ashtrays.
